TSplus with 2 FA
The two-factor authentication is a security feature in which a user provides two different features to identify themselves.
This means that the provider through which the registration procedure takes place sends a confirmation code to another of your devices, e.g. to your smartphone.
General
Two-factor authentication provides an additional layer of security and prevents access to your users’ session, even if someone knows their password. To achieve this, a combination of two different factors is used:
1) a smartphone as a token, ie “something that the user owns”.
2) an authentication code for the corresponding app on the smartphone
Every time a user logs into their remote session, they need their password and a verification code available from their mobile phone.
The two-factor authentication is only for the TSplus HTML5 access available. This authentication mode does not support any other mode of login, such as RDP. RDP connections for 2FA active users are denied and blocked.
Activation of the 2FA
Follow the steps below to activate 2FA for your TSplus server. If your TSplus is configured for the use of several servers, perform this task on the TSplus server, which is known as the single point of entry for users or with the reverse proxy role.
1) Open the 2FA administration. The 2FA status and the license status are displayed.

The 2FA works with the following platforms:

Google Authenticator ( Google Help )
Microsoft Authenticator ( Microsoft )

Register on the TSplus server via 2FA
After you have called up the web login page of the TSplus server, the first time a user who has been assigned the 2FA authentication, the query of the app appears after entering the user name and password, which must be verified with the displayed QR code.
